Malayalee Tutor in Malindi

We are seeking a qualified Malayalee Tutor to join our team in Malindi. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in Malayalam language and other subjects as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student
- Assess students' learning styles and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Provide clear explanations and examples to help students understand concepts and improve their skills
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and strategies for effective instruction
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Requirements:
- Native speaker of Malayalam with fluency in English (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Language, or related field
- Experience in tutoring or teaching preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
