Hotel Sales Manager
Are you an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager looking for a new challenge in Riyadh? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us increase sales and revenue for our hotel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new guests, maintain relationships with current clients, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners to increase business opportunities
- Identify new markets and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and potential opportunities in Riyadh
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Contract job with accommodation provided
