A well-established construction company in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. We are looking for an experienced individual who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on various construction projects, including smoothing and leveling surfaces, applying finishes such as paint or varnish, and installing trim and fixtures. You will also be expected to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client specifications.

This position is full-time with accommodation provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for this job.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities:
- Inspect surfaces to be finished and determine appropriate methods and materials needed
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, or applying primer as needed
- Apply finishes such as paint or varnish using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Install trim, fixtures, or other decorative elements according to specifications
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and client requirements
- Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials after use
