Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on land characteristics, determining boundaries, and creating maps and reports for construction and development projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of surveying techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on topography, soil characteristics, and other land features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to measure and map land
- Analyze collected data to determine boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Create accurate maps and reports using computer software
- Communicate findings with project managers and other team members
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all surveying activities
- Maintain accurate records of all surveying data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. This position is suitable for men who have experience in land surveying.
