Concierge Representative



We are in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Concierge Representative to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Concierge Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other guest activities
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby area
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and preferences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

This position is located in Las Vegas, known for its vibrant nightlife, world-class entertainment, and endless dining options. Our hotel is conveniently located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip.
