Indian Barista in Malindi


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Malindi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. Your role will also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national, with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Swahili is a plus)
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality is preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages according to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders, handling payments, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients and properly storing them
- Keep up-to-date with new products, recipes, and trends in the coffee industry to continuously improve your skills
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
