We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Malindi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages, as well as other drinks and snacks. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a Barista, preferably in a busy cafe or restaurant setting. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee and tea-based beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including regular cleaning of equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art techniques is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
