Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bayan. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines according to established procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and withstand exposure to loud noises
