Architectural Designer (Malayalee)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects. This may include residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget. You will also create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in architectural design. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals on a regular basis. Attention to detail is also crucial in order to produce accurate and high-quality designs.

We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English. Fluency in Malayalam would be an advantage as many of our clients are Malayalees. This position can be either full-time or part-time depending on the availability and preference of the candidate.
