Computer Support Technician


Our growing company is seeking a skilled Computer Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, installing and updating software, and responding to technical issues from clients in a timely and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone, email, or in person
- Install and maintain computer systems and software
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and offer solutions
- Respond to technical inquiries in a timely manner and document all requests
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and updates
- Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Atlanta-based position. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
