We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing various hair cutting and styling services to our clients. This includes traditional barber techniques such as razor cuts and beard trims, as well as modern trends like fades and textured cuts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail. No prior work experience is required, but candidates with experience will be given preference. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired hairstyle
- Cut and style hair according to client's preferences
- Shave and trim facial hair using traditional barber techniques
- Recommend hair care products to clients
- Keep work station clean and organized
- Handle cash transactions with clients
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new techniques and trends in the industry
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
