Indian Moderator for Online Community in Atlanta


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Indian Moderator to join our growing online community in Atlanta. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our community forums, ensuring that all posts and discussions adhere to our guidelines and rules. You will also work closely with the community members, providing support and guidance as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all posts and discussions on the community forums to ensure they adhere to our guidelines and rules
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and welcoming environment
- Respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns from community members in a timely manner
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate actions to address them
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and participation within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to plan and execute events or initiatives for the community

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with strong written communication skills
- Previous experience moderating an online community is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forum software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Must have a valid visa that allows for employment in the US

This is a full-time position, with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that this job does not come with accommodation, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
