Nepali-Speaking Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager who is fluent in Nepali to join our team in Atlanta. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve architectural designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments such as construction, engineering, and interior design to ensure a cohesive project plan
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Fluent in Nepali (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
