Industrial Painter - Eldoret, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various industrial equipment and structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Industrial Painter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Mix paint to ensure proper color and consistency
- Apply paint using various methods including spray guns, rollers, and brushes
- Ensure proper coverage and finish of painted surfaces
- Inspect equipment for defects or imperfections before and after painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be legally authorized to work in Kenya

Salary: 1200$ per month
