Florist Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist Supervisor to lead our team of talented florists in Medina. As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the floral department, including creating and designing arrangements, managing inventory and supplies, and providing excellent customer service. This is a contract position without accommodation, suitable for male candidates from India who do not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements
- Train new employees on proper techniques and procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure all products are displayed attractively
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and handling any concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new designs into the department's offerings
- Monitor sales and make adjustments to pricing or products as needed to meet goals
- Create schedules for the floral department staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Excellent design skills with knowledge of different types of flowers, arrangements, and techniques
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with delicate flowers without damaging them

Salary:
This is a contract position with an initial salary of 1400$. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Medina. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Medina.
