Formwork Carpenter

As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various types of formwork used in concrete construction. This includes setting up formwork, reinforcing steel, and pouring and finishing concrete. You will work closely with other carpenters, engineers, and construction workers to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Your main duties will include building formwork structures according to blueprints and specifications, using hand or power tools to cut and shape materials, installing reinforcement bars or mesh, pouring and leveling concrete into formwork, and removing forms after the concrete has set. You may also be required to fabricate specialized forms based on project needs.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques, as well as experience in carpentry or formwork. You should also possess physical strength and stamina for performing manual labor in various weather conditions.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project. We are open to candidates of all nationalities with a valid work permit in Utena. Fluency in English is required as it is the primary language used on our job sites.
