Land Surveyor - Las Vegas


A reputable land surveying firm in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the earth's surface using specialized equipment and technology. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and markings for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys on land sites using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyzing data from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Working with engineers and architects to determine project specifications and requirements
- Collaborating with construction teams to ensure proper markings and measurements on site
- Utilizing software programs to process survey data and create digital representations of land features
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and reports
- Adhering to safety protocols while conducting surveys on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various professionals
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
