Indian Baker - Sharjah

We are seeking a skilled Indian Baker to join our bakery team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional recipes and techniques. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Shape and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure high quality products
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or baking certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking ingredients and techniques; familiarity with traditional Indian baking is a plus
- Able to read and follow recipes accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high quality baked goods
