Office Administrator (Malayalee) - Ar-Ruwais, UAE
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a contract position suitable for freshers or individuals with limited English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Keep track of office expenses and manage the budget.
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Ar-Ruwais.
