Junior Driver - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a responsible and reliable Junior Driver to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or those with minimal experience.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and/or passengers
- Follow traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload goods as needed
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of driving activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery/pick-up times
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for passenger or commercial vehicles (depending on job requirements)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) when loading/unloading goods
- Good communication skills in English (or native language)
- Familiarity with GPS devices is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
