Online Consultant - Indian Nationals Only



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Vianden. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to use your cultural knowledge and language skills to assist our clients in India. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultation to clients in India regarding our products and services
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address client inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to handle complex client issues and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Indian culture and market trends
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficient computer skills

Salary: 1600$ per month
