Surveyor - Land Development and Mapping

We are searching for a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and mapping projects for various development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in land surveying and mapping, who is looking to further their career in the field.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying and mapping
- Experience with surveying tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of land development regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys for new development projects, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking
- Create detailed maps using survey data collected
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Assist with project planning and budgeting
- Train junior surveyors on proper surveying techniques
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Salary: $1700 per month
