As an Industrial Alpinist in Sheduva, Lithuania, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of skill and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at heights using ropes and harnesses
- Conduct thorough safety checks before and during each job
- Follow proper procedures for rope access and fall protection
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Physically fit with the ability to perform strenuous tasks at heights for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for rope access and fall protection
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
