Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, with proven success in driving revenue and building relationships with clients. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to increase sales and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitable business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations for clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in Sheduva
Salary:
Salary for this position is negotiable based on experience but will start at 1200$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Sheduva but we welcome applicants of any nationality who have their own valid work visa.
