Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our company in Albena, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship can be arranged for the right candidate. This position is open to both students and non-students who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and organize paperwork
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Order office supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
