As a Merchandiser at our company in Siauliai, Lithuania, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful display and sale of products in retail stores. Your main duties will include creating eye-catching product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in merchandising and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for new products
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory data using computer systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure brand image is maintained
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and record keeping
- Proven ability to create attractive product displays that drive sales
- Flexibility to travel within designated area for regular store visits

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month.
