Excavator Operator

We are in need of a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators, and will be able to work efficiently and safely in various job sites. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$. This job is suitable for Indian individuals who are proficient in English and have a valid work permit for Kenya.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavator, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times
- Safely and accurately dig trenches, foundations, and other necessary excavations as per project requirements
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyors as needed
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate with ground workers
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators
- Valid work permit for Kenya (if not a Kenyan national)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Skilled at maneuvering heavy equipment in tight spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
