As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals
- Conduct site visits to assess potential building locations and identify any potential challenges
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
