Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing or replacing broken fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues such as faulty wiring or malfunctioning appliances.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
- Handle minor carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing doors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
