Gardener Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of gardens and landscapes in various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the gardening team
- Monitor the health of plants and make recommendations for their care
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies
- Train new employees on proper gardening techniques
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the gardening team
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences
- Create work schedules for the team based on client requirements and seasonal changes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all gardens are well-maintained and meet client expectations
- Provide guidance on landscape design and make improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Gardener or Gardening Supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of plant care, soil management, irrigation systems, pest control, and fertilization methods
- Experience with landscaping design and maintenance is preferred
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide clear instructions for tasks at hand
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful gardens

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
