Architectural Designer



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet their needs and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Present design proposals and provide revisions based on client feedback
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, take photos, and assess any potential challenges
- Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet building regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Address any issues or concerns during the construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month
