Floral Designer/Florist

As a Floral Designer/Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and needs, and use your creativity and expertise to design arrangements that exceed their expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-quality flowers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer/Florist
- Proficient in floral arrangement techniques
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their proper care
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and creative flair
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Discussing design ideas with clients and understanding their preferences
- Creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions
- Selecting high-quality flowers from suppliers or growing them on-site
- Caring for flowers by watering, pruning, and maintaining proper temperature levels
- Maintaining inventory levels by tracking flower supplies and ordering when necessary
- Fulfilling orders in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm new ideas or address issues
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients

Salary:
Starting salary is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Acre, Israel. However, candidates of any nationality living in the city or willing to relocate are welcome to apply.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position. Part-time options may be available upon discussion.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.

Visa:
Candidates must have a valid visa to work in Israel.
