Malayalee Moderator in Sheduva


We are seeking a skilled Malayalee Moderator to join our team in Sheduva. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, discussions, and chat rooms to ensure they are engaging, respectful, and in line with our community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions and forums
- Ensure that all content posted is appropriate and follows community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with users to foster a positive community environment
- Report any issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Provide feedback on user behavior and community trends
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving community engagement

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam language
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community guidelines
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (remote work may be considered)
