We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for various construction projects. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment to measure and map out the land, analyzing survey data, and providing accurate measurements for property boundaries and building locations. Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in land surveying. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role. Salary will start at $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance. Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those with experience working in India.
