Construction Project Manager - Eldoret, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be familiar with the local market and regulations in Pakistan. The main responsibility of this role will be to oversee and manage the entire construction process for various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with timelines
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and identify any potential issues or delays
- Manage project budgets and expenses, making cost-effective decisions to stay within budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requests they may have
- Prepare reports on project progress, including financial reports, for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend or evening work. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport and be legally eligible to work in Pakistan.
