We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement construction projects according to specifications and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are being followed
- Manage project timelines and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including materials, equipment, labor, and safety
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Monitor quality control throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic or English (preferred)
