We are a reputable construction company located in Al-Khor, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our team of professionals. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Allocate resources, schedule tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage budget and expenses while ensuring quality workmanship
- Hire and train staff, including subcontractors, to maintain a highly competent team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
