Team Lead - Ashdod, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-paced team in Ashdod, Egypt. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for achieving company goals
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be an Egyptian national living in Ashdod or willing to relocate
