Formwork Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Ashdod and we are currently seeking a Formwork Supervisor to join our team. As a Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all formwork activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review construction plans and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials needed for formwork
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor the quality of work being performed by formworkers to ensure it meets industry standards
- Communicate with project managers and site engineers to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inspections of formwork structures to identify any potential safety hazards or structural deficiencies
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for formworkers to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems, including traditional timber, steel, and modular systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod but may require travel to different construction sites as needed.

Note:
This job is open to candidates from any nationality. However, proficiency in English is required as it is the primary language used on our construction sites. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
