Elevator Installer - Full Time

As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect and maintain existing elevators, ensuring they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any elevator malfunctions or issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn parts, and cleaning components
- Test newly installed or repaired elevators to ensure they meet safety standards
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer or in a related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems used in elevator installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Previous experience working with Otis or Schindler elevators
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
- OSHA certification for elevator installation
