Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist


We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide valuable insights
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies based on data analysis
- Continuously monitor and review data to ensure accuracy and relevance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or a related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta, USA (Nepali nationals preferred but not required)
