Material Handler Supervisor


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Material Handler Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Material Handler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the material handling department, ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Material Handlers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the material handling department
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department for material ordering
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to production lines
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Train new employees on proper material handling procedures
- Maintain records of materials received, shipped, and stored in the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and productivity
- Enforce safety protocols within the material handling department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating material handling equipment
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (candidates from India preferred)

Employment type: Part-time (25 hours/week), permanent
