Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer in our Las Vegas flower shop, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions and events. You must have a passion for flowers and design, as well as a keen eye for detail and creativity. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and utilizing your skills to bring their ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for weddings, parties, corporate events, funerals, and other occasions
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ordering flowers and supplies from vendors
- Maintaining inventory of floral materials
- Ensuring all arrangements are delivered on time and in good condition
- Creating displays for the shop floor
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Familiarity with design techniques such as color theory and balance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certificate in Floriculture or related field
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Knowledge of current trends in floral design
- Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting business

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Las Vegas
