Sales Manager - Canadian Market



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As the Sales Manager for the Canadian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Canada
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends in Canada
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives in Canada
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Canadian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English.
