Sales Manager for Indian Market in Malindi
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our Indian market sales team in Malindi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase our market share and achieve company goals. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target the Indian market in Malindi
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Must have own visa to work in Malindi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
