Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel, Medina


We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our luxury hotel in Medina. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute menu offerings that exceed guest expectations
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality
- Assist in creating budgets and monitoring food costs to maintain profitability
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments within the hotel
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month tax-free, plus benefits including accommodation, meals, medical insurance, flight tickets, and visa sponsorship.
