Adjuster - Property and Casualty


We are a leading insurance company in Split, seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling property and casualty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information
- Analyze policy coverage and determine appropriate settlement amounts
- Negotiate with claimants and other parties to reach fair settlements
- Prepare detailed reports to document claim findings and decisions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property & Casualty Adjuster
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
