Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Atlanta. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and creating detailed plans and blueprints that meet their specifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with industrial building design. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Design detailed plans and blueprints for industrial structures
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors to oversee the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
