Handyman Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Handyman Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of handymen in our maintenance and repair department. Our company, located in Nairobi, is looking for someone with a strong understanding of general maintenance and repair tasks, as well as experience in supervising and delegating tasks to a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining records of repairs and supplies. As this role involves overseeing a team of handymen, the ability to provide guidance and training is essential. The salary for this position is 1400$, with preference given to Indian candidates.
