Senior Architect - Residential Projects


We are a leading Architecture firm based in Dickirch, seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential projects and possess exceptional design and technical skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of residential projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports and presentations for clients
- Mentor junior architects in the firm and provide guidance on project deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
